Hey! My name is Rocco and I am 15 years old. I like to eat, play, raise hell, knock over books, magazines, trash cans, and anything else in my way. I don't take well to being constantly touched by strangers. I like my privacy and at times, demand it. I detest noise of any kind and am best left to my own devices. I like to run, play hide and seek, and scare people when they least expect it. Unless you have something interesting to yap about, don't bother me. I like to wake my mom every morning between 5 and 6am. I especially like to cuddle with her in bed. My sister Lexie is a little spoiled mommy's girl, but I've taken well to her. She's so darn cute--but don't tell her I said that!! It's been a challenge getting used to another cat in my domain. We play, chase one another, and engage in daily bathing rituals, which result in double my share of hairballs. Both Lexie and I are indoor cats and we have anything we could ever need or want. Hi! My name is Lexie and I am 14 years old. I like to eat, sleep all day, and play with my brother, Rocco. I love to be petted, sit on my mom’s lap and I enjoy playing with an array of toys. I'm easy going and get along with everyone. On her way to school, mom found me as a stray on October 2, 1996 and took me in because I was the cutest thing she ever saw. She adopted me, fed me, and gave me a wonderful, loving home. In November 2005 I was diagnosed with an enlarged left ventricle. Every morning mom has to give me a pill that helps my heart rate slow down so that my heart can fill up and relax. Mom was very worried about me but with the heart medicine and all of the love she gives me, I’m doing just fine. I am the luckiest cat in the whole world. It was not very easy getting along with Rocco at first. It was hate at first sight. I came into his turf and he was no longer King of his throne. He was ready to meet his equal partner in catnip. I help keep him in check of his cat-ego. The rest is cat history. We get along, raise hell, and turn the place upside down at times.
