Fred De Boer has bred quality Royal Black Friesian horses for over 20 years. New horses are available every year. Fred breeds his horses at his stables located in Tulare and Ontario, California and often has imported stock from Holland. Fred De Boer is renowned for his ability to put together award-winning 4-In-Hand Friesian teams.

Only horses registered with FPS/FHANA (the Dutch breeding organization) will be found at De Boer Friesians. Registered horses are by Approved stallions and out of Studbook, Star, or Model mares. We specialize in providing Friesians capable of competing at regional, national and international levels of dressage, driving and combined training.
