correctly said that
the tax assessor had incorrectly billed back taxes (glitch in their computer
system). I paid money below unknowingly and they said they would pay 2003 taxes
for other two properties and send me the rest. They have not written me a
receipt or letter explaining what happened nor have has tax assessor returned my
money. He said he also paid taxes for 2003 for other 2 properties.
