I am the grandson of Henry(Hank)Suverkrubbe who was in the 99th during the 2d world war. He was in HHQ. He passed away in December of 1998. He had a friend named Kitchens and told me many stories good and bad about his tenure with the 99th. My 83 yr.old Dad served in the 99th Division as a tech sergeant. Many medals, took a bullet in the back. I am trying to get as much info for him on the 99th. Even an e-mail with someone that was in the 99th would be great to him. He is going blind and would like to hear a story or two. Can you help?
