Additional possible costs
If you have a current hosting and domain, we may be able to use that space. It is also possible that I will have to obtain new space if I cannot access your space. For example: I am not able to access web site domains in Canada because they require a Canadian server.
If I obtain a domain and hosting for you, I am usually able to get one going for about $70.00 for the first year. This amount would be added to your initial set up costs. You would then have to pay a yearly renewal fee.
Most people want changes or updates made to their web site.

Best Value: $30.00 for 30 days unlimited changes
You can save a few changes, pay for 30 days unlimited changes and then make all the changes you would like during the 30 days. This could also include background changes, new pages added, anything you want to have done.
Here is what I can promise you..........................
1. I will get your web site design started as soon as you hire me and pay the initial set up costs.
2. Your web site will be active on the internet within 5 days in most cases. Many delays are caused because people do not get me the information needed to complete the site. That is when you will see "under construction" on some pages.
You can get information to me by fax, e mail, or through the U.S. mail.
3. I will make changes within 48 hours of receipt, but usually the same day I receive them.
4. Your web site will be unique. As you can see, I enjoy working with different pictures and themes and will put my artistic talent to work for you.
5. After the initial web site is set up and paid for, you can at any time move your web site to a different web master with no penalty. All information will be provided such as passwords, server names, etc.
6. In some circumstances, I will take payments on initial set up costs.
7. I submit your site to all of the free search engines such as google. I do not submit to search engines that charge a fee.
