Brothers and Sisters

  1. Jemima Hall was christened on the 20th of June 1790 in Priors Dean, Hampshire and married on the 19th of November 1814 in Priors Dean to James Beecher (Ag. Lab.) of Selbourne, Hants.  Stedham and Iping in Sussex are just a few miles to the east of Priors Dean.  Jemima is believed to have died in Apr-Jun 1856 in Midhurst (Iping?), Sussex.  James is believed to have died in Jul-Sep 1858 in Midhurst (Iping?), Sussex.
  2. Mary Hall was christened on the 13th of May 1792 in Priors Dean, Hampshire.  Mary must have died as a young child.
  3. Amey Hall was christened on the 24th of May 1795 in Priors Dean, Hampshire.
  4. Henry Hall was christened on the 1st of November 1801 in Priors Dean, Hampshire.
  5. Harriet Hall was christened on the 16th of October 1803 in Froxfield, Hampshire.
  6. Elizabeth Hall was christened on the 2nd of June 1805 in Froxfield, Hampshire.
  7. Mary Hall was christened on the 19th of July 1807 in Froxfield, Hampshire.
  8. William Hall was christened on the 5th of March 1809 in Froxfield, Hampshire.  William Hall may have married around 1830 to a Fanny/Frances ____ from Froxfield.  A William Hall married a Frances Miller in 1835 in Old Alresford which is not too many miles from Froxfield.  This marriage is a possibility, but definitely not certain. I suspect this is another couple.  In the 1881 census, William at age 72 is widowed and living alone in Cockles Row, Priors Dean.  A William Hall died in Jan-Mar 1883 in Petersfield at age 74 - Vol 2c Page 99.
  9. Lucy Hall was christened on the 28th of July 1811 in Froxfield, Hampshire and married on the 11th of June 1829 in Priors Dean, Petersfield, Hampshire to George Clarke.
  10. Charlotte Hall was christened on the 23rd of December 1813 in Petersfield.
  11. Dinah/Diana Hall was christened on the 12th of April 1818 in Froxfield, Hampshire and married on the 20th of February 1837 in Priors Dean to William Fisher of Steep.  Witnesses were William and Frances Hall, believed to be Diana's brother William and his wife.  Diana died aged 41 years on the 11th of October 1859 at Old Warren, Priorsdean.  Cause of death Phthisis 2 years certified. Informant William Fisher present at the death.  William Fisher later remarried.  William Fisher was born around 1812 and died in 1887.  Source: Eileen Ashcroft of Yorkshire (descendant of William Fisher and his second wife).
