Templeton.

Agnes was married on the 24th of March 1815 in Beith to Peter Rae (Farmer,
Labourer) of Shotts, Lanarkshire. They lived at Lochfaulds, Beith,
Ayrshire. Agnes died of bronchitis in New Street, Beith on the 16th
of May 1861 at age 68. A Peter Rae was born on the 1st of April 1792 in
Shotts to John Rae and Elizabeth Wark.

Bone. They lived in Kirkwood Farm close to Bloakhillhead.
John died in 1834 in Paisley. According to James Nairn's (1788) Bible,
John was a mason, made 200 pounds, took Kirkwood Farm, then Waterside at
Beith. Became a mason again in Paisley.

Kirkwood, Stewarton and married on the 6th of March 1829 in Old Kilpatrick,
Dunbartonshire to Jean Laing, and remarried on the 5th of May 1857 in
Milton, Glasgow, Lanarkshire to Ann Montgomery. Jean Laing died on
the 12th of September 1854 in Dunbartonshire. Cuthbert and
his second wife Ann Montgomery emigrated to Australia aboard the
"Annie Wilson", arriving in Melbourne on the 25th of November
1864. Cuthbert died on the 11th of March 1891 in Ewing Street, Brunswick,
Victoria.

Kilpatrick, Dunbartonshire, and married in 1856 in Castlemaine, Victoria,
Australia to Ann Jane "Jane" Wannell. John died in
1919 in Northcote, Victoria, Australia. Ann was born around 1823 in
Woolwich, Kent, England to Thomas William Wannell and Jane Beck. Ann
was a widow of Joseph William Kidd with two surviving children when she
married John. Ann died in 1912 in Euroa, Victoria, Australia.

Bloakhillhead (sometimes called Blockhillhead) is a farm about 3 miles
west of Stewarton town center. It was in the Nairn family in the 1700s
and
West Bloakhillhead still belonged to them in the 1891 census.
