Robert Smith Weaver & Helen Marshal his Spoufe of this Parish had a Daugr born the Fourth and Baptized the Eighteenth day of Novr 1759 Named Helen.
Witnefses Archbald Clark & John Bruce.

Need some further verification that this is the correct Helen Smith. Ideally her parents names should be Farquhar and Jean.

1. Margaret Smith was christened on the 29th of September 1751 in Dunfermline, Fife.
2. Elizabeth Smith was christened on the 25th of April 1754 in Dunfermline, Fife.
3. Alexander Smith was born on the 12th and christened on the 15th of March 1757 in Newhaven.  Alexander may have married a Janet Toward on the 13th of January 1785 in South Leith.  They had several children in Kirkcaldy, the eldest son being Robert.

4. Helen Smith was born on the 4th and christened on the 18th of November 1759 in Newhaven, and married around 1782 in Newhaven to Robert Mason.
5. Agnes Smith was christened on the 31st of October 1762 in Newhaven.
6. David Smith was christened on the 23rd of February 1766 in Newhaven.
7. Robert Smith was christened on the 6th of March 1769 in Newhaven.
