Imagine the possibilities! South Hadley is a vibrant community and its potential is only limited by our imagination and our willingness to work cooperatively to find solutions to difficult issues. I have announced my candidacy for the position of Selectman in the April 1 election and am excited about the opportunity to help make a difference for our community. I ask for your support and would like to hear from you on the many issues and opportunities before us.

My wife Carol and I are the parents of two daughters, Kristina and Virginia. I am a graduate of Holyoke Community College and Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. For the past thirty years I have been a local business owner operating my own home building business. As a Town Meeting member for the past eleven years, Vice Chairman of the Planning Board, and active in our community for many years, I believe I am well qualified to serve my community as a member of the Board of Selectmen.

Specific issues of concern are strategic development of key community assets, such as:

Canal Park and the Texon property at the dam

Promoting the economic success of the municipal golf course

Protection of the Holyoke Range

Assessment of the operation of the Electric Light Department

I am committed to running a positive and energetic campaign focused on making our community a better place to live and work. With cooperation and a "can do" attitude, I am sure that the future of our town will be bright indeed. Just imagine the possibilities!
