Saving Your Signatures

 

These instructions will work for Incredimail and Outlook Express.. The screen captures will look a bit different.

Your signature will come as an attachment in an
e-mail letter. Make a folder to store your signatures in. We will make a folder called Tags, and it will be on your desktop.

Go to just your desktop and right click
Choose New another window will pop up..go to Folder.
A folder will appear, hit your backspace key and type Tags and hit enter.

Now we need to save your signature to this folder. You will return to the e-mail with the signature attached. Click on the paper clip..

Here is an example using Incredimail, for web-based you can click on the paperclip in the in-box.

Choose Save Attachment
You will get this window next

Click Browse.



Then go to the bottom of your list to the Tags
Folder and click ok.



This window returns ..click save

 

Now your signature is saved in your Tags Folder.
