Dear Sirs I beg your honors that the petision that I sent by Edmonsnds should have a hearing before your honors that Elmathen Fithch, should not take my improvements into his 200 acres of land for Shoemaker which is contrary to the law which was made for him, that he should have his land not where improuvments is made or settled. Therefore there is land back of me enough for him. Please your honors let him go there and your honours will oblige your humble servant.
