     Biographical Notes for James W. H. Capron: He died in Town of Booneville but was a resident of Town of Ava, NY.According to a Decree of Probate. From his will, 'A farm described as the Henry Harvey Capron farm.Reference is hereby made to the deed given by Jas. H. Capron to HenryHarvey Capron. also to A. C. Capron and wife to Henry Harvey Capron.' Executors- B.A.Capron, A.C.Capron, Charles Capron Witnesses- Eugene C. Dodge of Boonville, and James P. Pitcher ofBoonville. or died 1898 from RIGR vol 12 pg 212: born in Ava in 1828 and became a very successfulfarmer, owning 1200 acres. He was superintendent of Ava and was alsosupervisor of the town. In 1868 hemoved to Boonville. 1880 Boonville census says his father was born in Switzerland but I don'tthink so. Maybe his wife's father was. He appeared on the census of 1860 at Ava, Oneida, New York.5 He appeared on the census of 1870 at Boonville, Oneida, New York.6
