     Ray W. Pratt was born on 17 June 1907 in Teton, Fremont, Idaho. He was the son of Parley Parker Pratt and Ellen Louise White. Ray W. Pratt died on 18 July 1951 at age 44.
     Ray W. Pratt appeared on the census of 1910 at Marshfield Precinct, Cassia County, Idaho, as the son of the head of the household, Parley Parker Pratt.¹ Ray W. Pratt appeared on the census of 1920 at Wendell, Gooding, Idaho, as the son of the head of the household, Parley Parker Pratt.²

     Stephen Pratt was born on 30 January 1847 in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois.¹ Stephen Pratt was the child of William Dickinson Pratt and Wealthy Eddy. Stephen Pratt died on 3 March 1847.¹

     Stephen Parley Pratt was born on 18 January 1903 in St. Anthony, Fremont, Idaho. He was the son of Jared Orlando Pratt and Sarah Jane McArthur. Stephen Parley Pratt died on 14 February 1984 at age 81.

     Thomas Fernie Pratt was born on 12 January 1902 in Wilford, Fremont, Idaho.¹ He was the son of Thomas Henry Pratt and Florinda Dayton. Thomas Fernie Pratt died on 26 October 1927 at age 25.¹

     Wealthy Melissa Pratt was born on 11 January 1878 in Oxford, Franklin, Idaho.¹ She was the daughter of William Jared Pratt and Alice Fleet Smart. Wealthy Melissa Pratt married James Edwin Thompson on 31 May 1897 in Fall River, Fremont, Idaho.¹ Wealthy Melissa Pratt died on 9 September 1905 at age 27 in Albion, Cassia, Idaho.¹
     Wealthy Melissa Pratt appeared on the census of 1880 at Oneida County, Idaho, as the daughter of the head of the household, William Jared Pratt.²

     William Dickinson Pratt was born on 3 September 1802 in Worcester, Otsego, New York. He married Wealthy Eddy, daughter of John Fuller Eddy and Rhoda Eddy, on 2 February 1841 in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois. William Dickinson Pratt died on 15 September 1870 at age 68 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. He was buried on 15 September 1870 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
     

     Biographical Notes for William Dickinson Pratt: WILLIAM DICKINSON PRATT The second son of Jared and Charity was named William Dickinson Pratt after two prominent William Pratt's in the Pratt line. He was born on 3 September 1802 in Wooster, Ostego County, New York. He, like his brother Anson, did various farm chores to earn a living in his early youth. William, Parley and their father Jared in 1823 attempted to purchase and work some property in Ostego, New York. William could not raise his part of the mortgage payment forcing them all to work in different areas to pay for the land. The land was finally lost in 1826 even though Jared and Parley tried to save it.¹ William having failed to raise his portion of the money for the land journeyed to New York City to work in 1824. He did not correspond with the family for several years and when a William Pratt was drowned in the Hudson River the family feared William D. was dead. While Parley and Thankful were living in their home in Russian township near Amherst, Ohio Parley heard that William was living about ten miles from him. On hearing this the excited Parley ran the ten miles to see his brother and brought him to the farm. William was impressed with Parley's farm but when he found that Parley was going to leave it to preach, William felt Parley was a little too overcome with the zeal of religion.² William then left to pursue his business pursuits in Ohio and Parley left to preach. William was baptized into the Church in 1831 or 1832 and was ordained to the ministry. He began to get Parley's excitement and zeal as a missionary traveling to various locations preaching.³ In 1834 he marched with the Prophets, his two brothers and many others in Zion's Camp to try and redeem Zion.⁴ He was also called because of his participation in the march as a Seventy in the First Quorum on 28 February 1835.⁵ He remained in the Kirtland area for the nest two years and on 1 January 1837 he married Hannah Ward.⁶ With the problems of the Kirtland Safety Society and the departure of Joseph Smith to Far West, the Seventies in March 1838 planned to take as many as could go to Far West enmass. They left on 6 July arriving in Far West on 2 October 1838.⁷ William and his family were a part of the group. Just shortly after arriving William's young daughter Sarah born 19 February 1838, died.⁸ With the driving of the Mormons from Missouri, William and his family migrated to Fulton County, Illinois and from there in August 1840 to Nauvoo. By September sickness struck the family. William said, 'I and my wife were taken sick in September same year I was sick till the next spring my wife died in about two weeks chill fever and family way. I expended my household furniture & cow to pay my expense & clothe myself thinking I should soon get well & December 1840 but my sickness as I before observed, lasted till spring. I had to seek a home and picked up a new family.'⁹ The new family was his marriage to Wealthy Eddy Shumway, a widow, on 27 February 1841 who gave birth to an other daughter on 13 December 1841.¹⁰ He was a Quartermaster Sergeant in the Nauvoo Legion being appointed 3 May 1841.¹¹ In November 1841 Charity Pratt moved into William's home and helped care for Wealthy and baby.¹² William and family remained in Nauvoo until William went on a mission to New York in April 1844.¹³ Traveling back to Nauvoo in June he and Parley learned of the murder of Joseph and Hyrum Smith.¹⁴ With the calling of Brigham Young as president of the Church, a campaign was underway to raise money for the temple and other projects several called to preside over districts in the Eastern United States to help raise the funds. William was called to reside over Western New York. He held two conferences in April and July 1845 and sent in many contributions for the Temple.¹⁵ Once back in Nauvoo William and Wealthy were saddened by the death of two more of their children (Martha and Stephen) in 1847.¹⁶ William and his family then prepared to leave Nauvoo. The family eventually went to Council Bluffs and on to Salt Lake. Wealthy left the family in 1848, but Wealthy traveled in John Browns Company in September 1851 to Salt Lake,¹⁷ another child born in 1849 died the same year.¹⁸ William went back to get his family in 1853-1854 and he eventually settled in what is now the 9th Ward in Salt Lake.¹⁹ William took four more wives besides Wealthy into his family: Sarah Jane Hiscox, Jane Hawley, Catherine Margaret Fredricks and Azabad D. Cox.²⁰ In all the family was blessed with seven children out of which only two lived to adulthood.²¹ William because of the great tragedy to his family mainly stayed home attending to such things as the Zion's Camp reunions and other activities. He took part in the Echo Canyon and Indian wars. He was also a school teacher. ²² William, after his youngest child Joseph died by accidental fire on 6 April 1870, went downhill quickly, and on 15 September 1870 he died.(23) Most of this was taken from 'The Five Sons of Jared Pratt and Charity Dickinson' by R.      William Ellis Pratt was born on 16 April 1892 in Wilford, Fremont, Idaho.¹ He was the son of William Orson Pratt and Sophia Keller. William Ellis Pratt died on 7 May 1977 at age 85 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. He was buried on 11 May 1977 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.

     William James Pratt was born on 29 March 1905 in Wilford, Fremont, Idaho. He was the son of Jared Orlando Pratt and Sarah Jane McArthur. William James Pratt died on 8 July 1973 at age 68.

     William Jared Pratt was born on 22 June 1844 in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois. He was the son of William Dickinson Pratt and Wealthy Eddy. William Jared Pratt married Alice Fleet Smart on 1 December 1862 in Oneida County, New York. William Jared Pratt died on 16 June 1909 at age 64 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. He was buried on 20 June 1909 in Albion, Cassia, Idaho.

     William Orson Pratt was born on 2 October 1863 in Franklin, Franklin, Idaho. He was the son of William Jared Pratt and Alice Fleet Smart. William Orson Pratt married Sophia Keller on 18 October 1883 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. William Orson Pratt died on 20 March 1923 at age 59 in Twin Falls, Twin Falls, Idaho. He was buried on 25 March 1923 in Burley, Cassia, Idaho.

     Orrin Royce was born circa 1817 in New York. He married Rhoda Armanda Eddy, daughter of John Fuller Eddy and Rhoda Eddy, circa 1839 in Wyoming County, New York. Orrin Royce died on 20 September 1870 in Johnsonburg, Wyoming, New York. He was buried in Johnsonburg Cemetery, Sheldon, Wyoming, New York.

     Theodore Royce was born circa 1832 in New York. He was the son of Orrin Royce and Rhoda Armanda Eddy.

     George Sauman married Eliza Eddy, daughter of John Fuller Eddy and Rhoda Eddy, circa 1844.

     Alonzo Shumway was born on 28 February 1863 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. He was the son of Andrew Warren Shumway and Mary Lyon.

     Andrew Warren Shumway was born on 16 December 1832. He was the son of Stephen Billings Shumway and Wealthy Eddy. Andrew Warren Shumway was christened at Belchertown, Hampshire, Massachusetts. He married Mary Lyon on 22 March 1859 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. Andrew Warren Shumway died on 18 May 1889 at age 56 in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. He was buried on May 1889 in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.
     Andrew Warren Shumway appeared on the census of 1870 at Mendon, Cache, Utah.¹

     Clarissa Shumway was born on 30 November 1831 in Orangeburg, Rockland, New York. She was the daughter of Stephen Billings Shumway and Wealthy Eddy. Clarissa Shumway died on 28 September 1833 at age 1.

     Mary Amanda Shumway was born on 18 October 1838 in Randolph, Clay, Missouri.¹ She was the daughter of Stephen Billings Shumway and Wealthy Eddy. Mary Amanda Shumway married Ebenezer Griffin Cherry circa 1862. Mary Amanda Shumway died on 10 January 1883 at age 44 in Lewiston, Cache, Utah.¹ She was buried on 18 January 1883 in Lewiston, Cache, Utah.¹

     Mary Lyon Shumway was born on 28 December 1860 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. She was the daughter of Andrew Warren Shumway and Mary Lyon.

     Stephen Billings Shumway was born on 20 July 1806 in Belchertown, Hampshire, Massachusetts. He married Wealthy Eddy, daughter of John Fuller Eddy and Rhoda Eddy, on 6 January 1831. Stephen Billings Shumway died on 10 January 1840 at age 33 in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois.

     Abel Hyde Skinner was born on 31 March 1816 in Connecticut. He married Mary Eddy, daughter of John Fuller Eddy and Rhoda Eddy, on 5 December 1837 in Genesee County, New York. Abel Hyde Skinner died on 1 February 1898 at age 81 in Johnsonburg, Wyoming, New York.

     Amanda Julia Skinner was born on 16 September 1840 in Wayland, Steuben, New York. She was the daughter of Abel Hyde Skinner and Mary Eddy.

     Helen (Hettie) Skinner was born on 28 December 1846 in New York. She was the daughter of Abel Hyde Skinner and Mary Eddy. Helen (Hettie) Skinner married Henry A. Head circa 1866 in New York.

     Lois Marion Skinner was born on 23 November 1843 in Caledonia, Livingston, New York. She was the daughter of Abel Hyde Skinner and Mary Eddy.

     Alice Fleet Smart was born on 1 January 1844 in Pontlash, Calvados, France. She married William Jared Pratt, son of William Dickinson Pratt and Wealthy Eddy, on 1 December 1862 in Oneida County, New York. Alice Fleet Smart died on 17 February 1920 at age 76 in Burley, Cassia, Idaho. She was buried on 20 February 1920 in Albion, Cassia, Idaho.

     Alice Melissa Thompson was born on 27 July 1898. She was the daughter of James Edwin Thompson and Wealthy Melissa Pratt. Alice Melissa Thompson died on 11 November 1918 at age 20.
