Welcome to Quantum Heroes, an alternate campaign setting for the Mutants and Masterminds RPG by Green Ronin Publishing.  The setting is an extension of the old Villains & Vigilantes campaign I used to run way back in the 80s, converting it to the new MnM system and incorporating it into my own version of Freedom City.  In these pages you will  meet the heroes and villains of the world and travel to the exciting locations where their battles are waged.
