been known to dance in a banana
costume
when the situation calls for it.
Devi Snively
Director
Devi has worked
professionally as a ballerina, Spanish translator, video game writer,
newspaper columnist, hair model, book editor, college instructor and
documentary
filmmaker. She’s been decidedly unprofessional in several other
careers. In her spare
time she’s written 12 feature-length screenplays and directed 7 short
films and a
feature-length documentary. Her work has placed in such
competitions as Slamdance,
Austin
Heart of Film, Houston Worldfest, Scriptapalooza
and Writer’s Digest to name a
few. Her cinematic influences include John Waters, George Romero and
Shirley Temple.
