Agustin Fuentes

Part anthropologist, part film producer, part teacher, and mostly insane, Agustin tries to find a balance between the urge to do everything imaginable and reality.

Devi Snively

Devi (pronounced DAY-vee) is an award winning screenwriter/director whose work has placed in such competitions as Slamdance, Austin Heart of Film, Writer’s Digest, Scriptapalooza and the Houston Worldfest to name a few.  To date she has written 11 feature-length screenplays and directed 6 films, including her hour- long documentary Primates Like Us that has just been picked up for distribution by UC MEDIA.  Her major cinematic influences include John Waters, Stuart Gordon and Shirley Temple.

Joe Renz

Joe is the founder and co-executive producer of the ReelSweetBetty Film group, located in Brooklyn, New York. Betty has attracted the talents of professionals and novices alike since 1999, and Joe has produced more than forty DV shorts since the company's inception, some of which have been seen on BCAT, Good Morning America, Hypnotic.com, PBS,  and Virgin Airlines.

Jem Jurin

Jem is a moviemaker/character-actor who currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.  He is a member of the Williamsburg based filmgroup Reel Sweet Betty and will star in the title role of their heavily anticipated, comedy/horror movie, "Why Must I Be A Zombie In Love?".  He has directed and written a handful of short films and is in preproduction for his next yarn: a horror, feature called "STEEPLE CHASE".

Ean Murphy

Ean has been an executive producer with ReelSweetBetty, a Brooklyn based guerrilla digital video collective, and is please to add NY Line producer of TBV to her list of credits. She looks forward to branching out into more hands-on producing with other independent filmmakers and artists through Qville neighborhood arts group in New York.

Chris Sopczynski

Chris does marketing for the Department of Film, Television, and Theatre at the University of Notre Dame and is president of MAF, (Mid America Filmmakers) a networking and support organization for filmmakers with midwest roots. She is currently screenwriting and is involved with many aspects of filmmaking including location scouting, script supervision and production. For the past 3 years has served on the Indiana Arts Commission Grant Review Panel.  For fun, Chris sails, cross country skis and incessantly watches films!

Geoffrey Yost

Geoffrey Yost attended Indiana University in Fort Wayne before moving to Chicago where he studied film at Columbia College.  Since moving back to Indiana, he has worked on independent films in Chicago and northern Indiana while filling the time in between with menial office and bartending jobs.  He joined MAF just this past July prompting him to ask himself, "Where has this group been all my life?"

Josh Ickes

David Eades

Glenn Emery

After graduating with a degree in Radio, Television and Film from Temple University in 1969 (that's right, 1969), Glenn's career in film was side tracked for 34 years by a stint as an Air Force pilot, a corporate Lear Jet pilot, an entrepreneur and a sales and marketing executive.  Glenn recently forsook the game of golf to get involved in some independent film projects through the  Mid America Filmmakers in South Bend, Indiana to satisfy a passion for filmmaking that never went away. His conclusion: golf is highly overrated.
