A few lovely
October days; campsites sprinkled within a forest of stately
trees; four dozen of the finest people on earth; games, dirt,
rocks, sticks, food, conversation, music, laughter. What more
could anyone want from a birthday celebration? Well, booze, maybe,
but there was some of that, too. All came together at Calaveras
Big Trees State Park, and it was delightful. |
