Administrator's Sale
Pursuant to an order of the Probate Court
of Phillips county made on the 30th day of
April 1841 at the April term thereof, I 
will offer at Public Auction to the highest
bidder on the 29th day of May, instant at 
the court-house door in the town of Helena
the following...
Also two negroes to wit:-
SYLLA and BECK
as the property of the late Eli J. Lewis,
deceased. The same being sold for the pur-
pose of paying the debts due by the deceased.

Negro Man for Sale
The undersigned as Administrator of the
Estate of Archibald E. Patton, deceased,
will, in conformity to an order of the Court
of Probate in and for the county of Phillips
and state of Arkansas, made at the April term
thereof, A.D. 1850, proceed to sell, at Public
Auction, at the court-house door, in the town
of Helena, in said county on Saturday the 1st
day of June 1850 for cash in hand, a certain
negro man named Stephen - as the prop-
erty of said Archibald E. Patton, deceased.
Stephen is an excellent servant, and title
indisputable.
