Our very existence challenges the commonly held beliefs on the ageing of women.

We are active, vital women, who include grandmothers and great-grandmothers. We feel our place is not only baking cookies, baby-sitting grandchildren and knitting socks. Some do those things, but there is more to us than that limited view. We do not stop being women because we are past childbearing age.

We express our femininity through the physically demanding discipline of Dance. This brings us joy, healthy exercise, bonding and empowerment for us, as women, since as Seniors, most of us live alone.

We are proud of our diverse cultural origins and hope to share our multicultural Art with others. “We are Wise, We are Women, We are Wonderful!” Join us as we celebrate with our performance of Middle Eastern Dance:
