About thirty years ago, DHCS Income Tax and Accounting Service (DHCS) was established in the Baltimore, MD area.  The idea behind establishing the service was to provide the best customized service at the most competitive price.

To accomplish this goal, DHCS began an "on-site" tax service.  We would go to the customer rather than the customer coming to us.  The advantage was the customer's tax records were on-site and were available as needed.   DHCS still continues this practice of on-site service.  And because we use notebook computers with wireless technology, our service delivery has improved exponentially.

We not only provide tax preparation service to individuals, we provide our services to small businesses of all types and organizations to include non-profit entities.

While we specialize in the the Maryland area, we can provide tax preparation services for individuals and businesses in other States.  Currently, our customers come from as far south as Texas to New York State in the Northeast.

Of course, we are registered PTIN tax preparers with the Internal Revenue Service and we participate in the IRS E-File Program.  Therefore, we can provide an efficient, fast service for our customer base.
