The 8th installment in a long unbroken chain of annual tributes to the manifestations of spring. Where behavior is ruled not by reason, but by nature. A day where the upsurges of spring bring new life to the decay and hibernation of winter. The bees buzz, the birds sing, and yes, the people play. Music fills the air. The soil swells ready to burst with new foliage, the trees direct their energy to blooming new buds, and yes, the people wear their green. Green fills the horizon.
