2-15-04 - New Pics at Bottom

After owning VW's since 1986, I took the plunge in September and upgraded

to a 2004 Audi A4 1.8T quattro! It has the Premium package (moonroof, leather

interior, Homelink, 12-way power driver's seat), Sport package (17" wheels and high

performance all-season tires, sport suspension, which is lowered about 1", aluminum

interior trim) and Cold Weather package (heated seats, windshield washer jets and ski sack).

The color is Dolphin Grey with an Ebony leather interior. It has a 6-speed manual

transmission and is great to drive! As I type this, I have just over 1900 miles on

the car - mostly local, 2 roads trips (Gaithersburg, MD and Saratoga Springs, NY).

Update: THE SCRATCH

So I am bringing the garbage cans to the curb and I zigged when I should have

zagged... The result:

They look worse in person and unfortunately, cannot be buffed out,

according to the local detailing shop.... Nuts.

Some Winter Pics!

I have about 3400 miles as of 12/30/03. These pictures were taken earlier this month

during and after a snow storm... Nice way to test out the quattro AWD!!
