This web site is dedicated to the memory of all of our Diehl family ancestors ,
including those who first homesteaded and
those who later lived on this land,
and most recently, to the memory of our brother, Virgil G. Diehl.
It is also dedicated to Owen Diehl, the youngest addition,
and to all the other members of the Diehl family.
(Special mention is also made of the tenacity of Dogfood,
our favorite cow, who refused to become her namesake.)
