Marvin the Paranoid Android, from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

What can I say? This is my web site. It doesn't have all the flashy Web programming that I've done in some of my jobs, but then I prefer simplicity. When you're the Vortex of Chaos, simplicity is nigh impossible.

There's always more to do than time to do it, even with my daughter off to college and my teenage son in the house. So, you do what you can, in the time you have, and make the best of it. I'm lucky enough to have such a great family, lots of great friends, a job I enjoy, and the chance, every now and then, to really get away. That's me, on the lip of Mount Vesuvius, in Italy at the end of the summer 2002.

There's a lot to who and what I am. This site tries to capture some of that.
