its owner great joy!
If you receive a piece and are unsatisfied with it for any reason, simply return it
within 30 days and you will get a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Every piece I create is unconditionally guaranteed for life. If something goes wrong with the piece,
I will be happy to remake it for you. Simply return the piece to me and I will remake it free of charge, you pay only shipping.
Just contact me and I will promptly take care of the problem.
Unfortunately I cannot replace (free of charge) broken or damaged stones and/or cabachons.
