Notes: Recorded in various hotspots in Leeds and London; produced by the Mekons. "I Can't Find My Money", "If They Hang You", and "Sleepless Nights" mixed by Steve Forward. An interesting release that signaled the band's deepening exploration of country music. In addition to cute photos and lyrics, the inner sleeve sports a syllabus of sorts for further study -- everything from Engels to Barry Barnes (but where's Imre Lakatos and Feyerabend?) to Celine and Omen III.

Lineup: Otto, Dick Taylor, Der Cougar, Boston Tar Baby, Avadne Garde, Little Willy, Lu Knee, Skelly (with John Gill, Brendan Croker, Bobby Worby, Sally Timms)
