Calling all Mekons fans! Help me flesh out the discography by answering these questions:

1. Did the UK issue of the This Sporting Life 12" include a printed inner sleeve?
2. Does Deep and Heartfelt, a 7" 6-song ep (Penultimate Records, US) and also an LP (Musical Tragedies, Germany) by the Mudhoney-related group Love and Respect, include a cover of "Rosanne"?
3. Did the original vinyl issue of The Mekons [aka Devils, Rats, and Piggies] include a printed inner sleeve?
4. Has anyone seen Mekons: The Movie, a feature-length film by Bob Furem, as mentioned in the notes for the Millionaire EP?
