District 8 is home to 3800 members of the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). Our District includes five ACBL Units and covers parts of four Midwest states:

   Illinois  (all counties outside the Chicago metro area)

   Indiana  (northern third)

   Missouri  (eastern half)

   Kentucky  (western tip)

     Note:  Depending on how many teams are entered in a flight, the event may be completed in one day (Saturday only).

Trips to Atlanta GA -- and regional-rated gold points -- are offered in the 2013 District 8 finals of this national team event. Any team of four, five or six District 8 members can enter in one of four separate flights:

Championship:  Open

Flight A:   0-5000 masterpoints

Flight B:   0-2000

Flight C:   0-500 (non-Life Masters)

The winning team in each flight will receive a travel award from the District Board to play in the national finals in Atlanta in July.

Your flight eligibility is determined by the number of masterpoints you held on September 1, 2012. 

Directions:  The Eagles Club is on the south side of East Ash Street, just off Dirksen Parkway.
    From the south and west -- Take I-72/I-55 to the Stevenson Drive exit (west) and turn right on Dirksen Parkway. Drive north 1.3 miles and turn left on East Ash.
    From the north and east -- Take I-72/I-55 to the South Grand exit (west) and turn left on Dirksen Parkway. Drive south .7 miles and turn right on East Ash.
