I am an avid researcher of Isle of Man genealogy. I have collected some IOM records and have many others available to me. My primary experience covers 1700-1891. I am interested in all surnames in all parishes. A particular interest is in Cain(e). I am amassing a Cain(e) database for the IOM.
I have been able to assist a number of people in finding their Manx roots.
If you want help send a message to Donna Douglass djdorca@comcast.net. Please include all that you know of the following: First and last names of person, parents names, place names or approximate time period. Also if you know brothers or sisters and/or spouses, please give me that information also. Anything you know could be the clue that unlocks the secrets of your ancestors.
If you have several IOM lines, please include all of the info in one query as the interrationships are often helpful. I use a genealogy program that can accept GEDCOM files.

Brian
Lawson brian@lawsons.ca
Brian is not going to produce these wonderful reference books anymore as censuses are available online these days. He has a few 1841 and 1851 census index books available for $30 US which includes surface shipping, $10 extra for airmail. I have Brian's entire set of indices and they are a really valuable resource. Get for yourself and/or your local genealogy library.
Email Brian for cost/mailing to other countries
