Danae helped keep score. She almost won, do you think this angelic grin is indicative of score tampering?

Yes, Jerry played too, although it is hard to get used to the small balls!

What you don't see is all the pins knocked down behind me. (At least that's my story and I'm sticking to it!)

Danae did her share of knocking down pins too!

Nicole tried too. I had never seen bowling balls roll for five minutes before coming to a stop before hitting any pins.

This is Jill (Jillian), Christine and Ryan Clary's daughter. Danae goes with Chris almost every Friday to do visiting teaching and drop money into several of the area's thrift stores!

Sunday, we went to the Stake Center to watch conference. We packed lunch and ate it in our car at Brookside Gardens, which is close to the Stake Center.

What happened this week ...

This week was fun and eventful. We had a bowling FHE night with our friends and neighbors, the Sookrams. We ended up at a duckpin bowling alley, which is a local phenomenon. The game is pretty much identical to regular bowling, except the balls are about half the size of a normal one.

Thursday we went to a lovely, free harp recital at UMD with Tony and Elena. We invited them to our apartment before the concert for dinner. The concert was Danae's harp teacher's university students.

We also listened/watched General Conference. We do miss watching it at home on our own TV like in Utah.

Love,
Jerry & Danae
