Calista's Birthday & Cann Visit

Calista turned one year old on the 25th! Wow, we can hardly believe that our girl is growing up so quickly!

The day after we returned from Italy, we straightened the house and worked some. We also couldn't wait to give Calista one of her birthday presents - a red wagon. She loves it. That evening we walked to the new downtown area of Hyattsville and played in the fountain.

Mom and Dad Cann came to visit and to celebrate Calista's first birthday. To celebrate her birthday Mom Cann and Danae made an apple cake for her (only 1/2 a cup of sugar in the whole cake). Calista enjoyed it — and of course so did the rest of us.

Also, we went to Colonial Williamsburg with Mom and Dad Cann. It was nice to see and experience such a historic place - and to share some good time with family.
