Catching Up & Memorial Day

Saturday the 24th we went on a long walk to the park, mall, fountain, restaurant for dinner, church and back home.  We picked up some pictures Danae had taken earlier this week from the studio – they were just too cute.  We spent more than we usually would (and we didn't even get all the really cute pictures).

Sunday was a full day, with church.  The 1st counselor in the bishopric moved last week and the ward clerk and executive secretary were out of town so the Bishop and Jerry kept pretty busy.  Memorial day (and Saturday) we got to get to some much needed cleaning in the house, which was really nice at least we got one wall straightened.  We were able to celebrate Memorial Day with some friends from the ward at a BBQ in a neighborhood park.
