rooms are blocked for July 6th and 7th
the hotel will honor these rates for those arriving early or staying later than the meet dates

If you need a ride from the Nashville Airport, and are staying at the Motel 8, when you arrive at baggage pick-up there is a Courtesy Phone available there to call the hotel for free Shuttle Service to and from the hotel.
