Steps:

Gather pine cones of various sizes.
Tie a raffia string around the top of the pine cone.

Cover the entire pine cone with peanut butter,
                   smooth or chunky.

                    Roll the peanut-butter-covered pine cone in
                    cracked corn or your favorite birdseed and hang.
