Shipping
cost will be determined after submitting your order via email, from Origin
46278 to destination of your choice. This cost will be emailed to you with
confirmation of your order total. In most cases UPS Ground will be used
unless you request otherwise. |

You will receive notification via email of the ship date and a UPS
tracking number for confirmation of shipment. |

**Please be sure to include your email address, name, shipping address and
phone number with your order. And be sure to let us know whether your
order is being shipped to a residence or business address** |

Payment:
At this time we accept a personal check, money order or PayPal for
easier online ordering. We can send you
an invoice to pay for your order with PayPal. You do not have to
join PayPal to utilize this payment option.

| Special orders require about 1 week to produce. |
| We will make every effort to ship your order immediately after receipt of
payment. |
| Orders paid by money order or cashiers check
will be shipped the day after receipt of payment
and providing your (special) order is complete. |
| Orders paid by personal check will be shipped
when the check has cleared our bank. Usually
5 to 7 days for out of town checks. |
