| 0 | Estate-driven divinations |
This could go so far as every time someone chose
mediocrity, but that might be a bit much and would
quickly drive Alec insane. Instead of these
miracles occur when it becomes too easy for people
to not reach beyond their limits. This can be
done actively by placing barriers too
insurmountable (like drugging someone into
submission) or passively by making one's life too
easy to succeed at. There is a healthy balance
though since it is tougher to be brilliant in all
things if you can't get food on the table, and if
there are not any limits then everything is too
easy. Basically these miracles only really sound
off when there is a major change in society that
will diminish the Brilliance of humanity. Alec is
not sure if a particular person's act of
brilliance or denying of brilliance would come to
his attention.

| 1 | Ghost miracles |
Give the ability to see brilliance when presented
with it. Most people block things into their own
experiences and can only perceive brilliance when
in a specified setting, such as the Olympics or
the Nobel Prize presentations. This ghost miracle
allows a person to see an act as brilliant even
when out of context. Such as determine a cop
realizing that the kid running away from him is of
Olympic quality or that a boss might truly see the
talent of that muttering scientist under his
direction. This does not allow people to see
potential, but to recognize when brilliance
occurs.

| 2 | Lesser divinations |
This will allow Alec to determine how and if a
person will become brilliant. Basically it will
tell him of any reasons that prevent brilliance or
any other information about one person and their
potential.

| 3 | Lesser preservations |
Lesser Preservations can maintain a level of
brilliance in a target for an indefinant period of
time. This can also be used to preserve the
feelings that will drive someone to brilliance,
such as an image of one's love when writing a
perfect love letter, or sense of commitment that
drives a student to surpass his teacher.

| 4 | Lesser creations |
Create brilliance in a person or group of people
toward a certain endeavor. Pop an answer of one
of life's problems in the shower, inspire in a
dream, or just push someone in the right direction
using raw miracles. This will not create the idea
but open the flood gates of human potential for
them to solve it themselves. Also it will provide
the necessary impetis to follow up on the
brilliance and have generate action. But in the
long term the drive must come from the individual.
