Efficiently create
electronic forms that look and print just like your existing paper forms. These forms, such as
an Employment Application or a Request For Quote, can be used on a CD, your website, intranet
or email. The information gathered
is now "data", and can be used very flexibly - stored in a pdf form, routed via email, saved to
a database, exported to a spreadsheet
or an in-house system. The data can be password protected and encrypted (HIPAA or other
sensitive information?), and/or stored in a document
repository that can be searched via keywords or full text. The PDF forms used
for viewing the data after input may only show information that the viewer is authorized to see
based on his/her password or other variable information. Low-overhead workflow processes can be
implemented to facilitate approvals and/or collaboration.
