| Description |
This area is primarily wooded and contains many trails. It is bordered
on the north by train tracks that separate it from the Wheelock School -
North area and in the west by the
Wheelock School - Haven Road area. Aerial View |
| Location |
The trailhead is located under the power lines on the east side of Route
27 across from Garry Drive. An easement exists to the left of the power
lines, but it's easiest to follow the dirt road under the power lines
then stay right of the fenced utility area staying under the power
lines. Soon after passing the utility area, the trail will turn left
into the woods. The initial section of this wooded area may be wet. Map |
| Parking | Parking is available on Garry Drive across Route 27. No parking on Route 27. Do not block access to the utility area under the power lines. |
