California State Association of Parliamentarians Welcome! This is the official website of the California Epsilon Unit. We are a parliamentary law study group and affiliated with the California State Association of Parliamentarians (CSAP). Our parent organization is the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP). Our unit meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at 7:00 pm at the SMUD Customer Service Center located at 6301 S St. (White building), Sacramento, CA - northwest of the intersection of 65th St. and Hwy 50. Our meetings are held in the Sequoia III conference room located on the 2nd floor of the northeast wing conference rooms. Members and guests are asked to sign in on the sheets provided at the security desk in the main lobby (currently, the main security desk is to the left as you enter the lobby - but the sign-in sheets are made available at another desk located to the RIGHT as you enter the lobby and head for the conference rooms). An elevator is available to take you to the 2nd floor as well.
