   Cities

The map board hardly labels any of the cities on it.  Now I realize
that it's not intended to be fully geographic, but knowing the cities
that the designers intended would be useful when refering to the
play.  It's easier to refer to H16 as Philadelphia than remembering the
    hex coordinate.

Since I don't know the early history of railroads in Pennsylannia
and New York, I had to sit down with a map atlas and an old Conrail
map and guess at the cities below.  I realize that you have simplfied
the world and in some cases put one "city" to account for traffic
    from several.
