3) The Cat 4 Final will be 1870 - The Conductor may cancel the Final if insufficent Rnd1 winners attend
4) The EBI Cat 6 Final will be a Cat 6 game choosen by player vote  (See Category 6 list)
5) The EBI Finals may run earlier depending on 18XX Final player overlap - See the Conductor
