To assist my clients of all ages achieve their personal health goals of reducing pain and stress levels, restoring flexibility and energy, improve injury recovery time and sleep patterns. Generally striving towards achieving and maintaining optimal health and physical performance.



Profile

Mike Leary is a licensed 2000 graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH. Mike uses Cross-fiber Friction, Myofascial Release, Deep-Tissue and Trigger Point therapies. He also incorporates Facilitated Stretching, and Neuromuscular techniques to reduce muscle tension and initiate relaxation responses. Mike has extensive athletic rehabilitation experience and has worked with the Nashua Pride Professional Baseball team and other professional athletes. His expertise also includes: Relaxation, Reflexology, Pregnancy, Lymphatic Massage and Eastern Techniques as well as Hot Stone Massage. Michael is CPR & First Aid certified and one of the elite Nationally Certified Professional Members of the American Massage Therapy Association in the Boston Area.

Michael has been happily married for eighteen years and has a twelve year old daughter

Michael volunteers for the Girl Scouts of America, American Red Cross, Saint Agatha Church in Milton, MA. and Quincy Youth Basketball.
