Goodbye!

  back to doggo
Junior (Juni Puptaruptapimpnaporn) - Junior was a stray that my Mom's cats brought home with them. In a house full of five cats he followed me from room to room like a dog, and stayed as close to me as he could. He followed me down the street every morning on my way to work. I'd have to send him back at the end of the block. We became fast friends. He was my best friend and housemate for 18 years. I miss him terribly.

Binny (Binto Puptaruptapimpnaporn) & Noodle (Lad Nar Puptaruptapimpnaporn) - Binny and Noodle are brothers from the same litter. They were born on the day Junior died, April 18, 2000. After a month, I couldn't stand a house without a cat, I've lived in the company of cats my whole life. I wanted to rescue a Siamese, but Jenny had never had a pet, and desperately wanted to experience kittens. How could I deny her? Besides, once I'd had Junior, nothing but another Traditional Siamese would do. They came from Van Scholten Siamese. If you look at the TCA winners of 2001, you can see the family resemblence.

Binny and Noodle were cruelly orphaned in Spring 2003. They live with me again now. I love them so much it hurts. We three miss Jenny more than words can tell. They were her boys and she loved them dearly. She called them "my boys", and referred to Binny, Noodle, and me as "her boys" collectively. It was my honor and privilige to be counted as one of her boys for far too short a time.

Kozmo - When Jenny and I moved apart, I missed Binny & Noodle very much. And a home is not a home without a cat. Kozmo belonged to my friends Anna & John. He was "not playing well with others", and though he was dearly loved, he was causing too much strife in the household, and had to be put out. Kozmo lived with me for almost a year during 2002 and 2003. He was a great friend and comfort to me. He's a very sweet and loving cat, whose goal in life is to be loved. He earns it. He's now back where he belongs with his favorite person, Anna, and his best cat-buddy, Nosefur (Nosferatu). Whenever I visit he greets me with loud cries and demands my attention. We talk about old times together.

Meowsopher - Meowsopher was my friend George's cat of many years. He was a great cat. He was the longest cat I've ever known, he must have been 2 1/2 feet long from the tip of his tail, to the tip of his nose. All the better to embody the feline wisdom he possessed. He didn't say much, but what he did say was profound. He stayed with me for a week while George was traveling. It was good to get to know him better after all those years.
