GUIDELINES FOR CHAPTER SECOND VICE PRESIDENT

Send to your Province President
For specific due dates refer to Chapter President’s Check List,
IB351
1.
IB366 covering graduating seniors and any member who
leaves school for reasons other than graduation. Send to Province President at the end of each term.
State DOES NOT APPLY or NO GRADUATES if this is the case. When a student
is transferring to another school, give the name and location of the school.
2.
Chapter Newsletter
- two
(2) copies to be sent to Province President
in February. (This duty could
possibly be shared with the Director of Publicity.)
3.
IB305 change of name and/or address.
Send changes for chapter alumni to the Province President promptly.
Other
duties:
Keep
a notebook of IB344 forms - initiation announcement
forms - as received from the Warden. These
should include all alumni members of the chapter, indicating complete name,
current address, and date of leaving school.
Listed
below are supplies which should be in the Second
Vice President's portfolio. The Second Vice President
is responsible for the upkeep and care of all equipment and supplies for this
office.

NOTE:
Properties in custody of Second Vice President include:
1. Alumni Member File IB344
for each member ever initiated into the chapter, transferred from Collegiate
Member File at the time of graduation or leaving school.
The IB344 should include:
Complete name
(first, middle/maiden, last, spouse's)
Permanent home address
Current address
Date of leaving school
