Fraternity Knowledge Examination

Grade Report Sheet

1. The Chapter First Vice President gives the Fraternity Knowledge Examination, IB 339, to each prospective member at the conclusion of the training period and prior to the initiation ceremony.

2. The Chapter President conducts the Fraternity Knowledge Examination for Initiated Members, IB 349, for each initiated collegiate member, once a year, on or before March 1st.

After grading the examination the responsible officer reports the results in the space provided on this sheet and sends this sheet to the Province President. Any person who fails to make a passing grade shall be required to take the examination again.
