Conference Delegate and Alternate

An alumni chapter is not required to have a business delegate at the Triennial Conference but may have one seated with full rights and privileges providing the chapter has paid the conference investment for the three years of the triennium. If the conference investments have not been paid in full for the triennium, the business delegate will be seated with full rights and privileges only (1) with full approval of the Board of Directors and (2) if the chapter and/or the delegate pays all conference expenses for the delegate.

Send this from to the Province President after the delegate is selected but not later than April 1.
