DELTA OMICRON
Report
of Chapter Members Becoming Alumni
Chapter members who
graduate, do not return to school, or relocate to a school that has no Delta
Omicron Chapter automatically become alumni.
Chapter Second Vice President sends this report to the
Province President and the Executive Secretary at the close of each term. List the names and addresses of all members
who will graduate or not return to school.
Provide current and home address and date leaving school. If a member is transferring, please provide
that information and what school on “current address” line.
To remain in “good
standing” (to be eligible for Fraternity benefits), alumni members must
maintain annual dues of $30.00 or seek life membership (see IB 314). Graduating seniors may pay $30.00 dues in
the spring term to begin their payment schedule toward life membership (see IB
314). Dues paid in the fall and spring of the senior year may count as two
payments of the ten-year installment plan.
