Induction of Chapter Patron or Patroness

"A chapter patron or patroness shall be a person interested in music, in the purposes and objectives of Delta Omicron and in the members." (The BYLAWS, Article III, Section 1, Item J.)

Immediately following the induction of a patron or patroness, the Chapter Warden fills out this report in triplicate and forwards two copies to the Province President. The Warden keeps one copy for his/her files.
