The
Senior Honor Pin is awarded to the graduating senior with the highest three‑year
cumulative grade point average, B or above. The recipient must be in good
standing with the fraternity. (i.e., paid national dues or is a Life Member.)
EXCEPTION: If the person with the highest average has not actively participated
in the chapter, the pin may be awarded to the senior with the second highest
average. The Senior Honor Pin may be
awarded at the end of each term.
The
Chapter Scholarship Chairman (President) obtains the information needed for
this report. The school registrar,
the Chapter Adviser, or the Faculty Sponsor may verify the recipient as the
person with the highest grade point average for three years. Send this report to the Executive
Secretary attached to the IB 364 payment form.
Include a check or money order payable to DELTA OMICRON FRATERNITY for
the amount of the Senior Honor Pin. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. Send a copy of this form to
the Province President and retain a copy for your files. Check the jewelry price list for the current
