Follow the Publicity Manual as a guide for preparing publicity reports. Complete the IB390, keep one for your files, send one copy with programs enclosed to your Province President. REPORT ONLY WHAT WAS DONE, NOT WHAT IS BEING PLANNED. Information must be clear. Details are valuable. Use additional paper when necessary. An emailed report to the Province President is permissible. This form may be downloaded from the Fraternity website.

4 Publicity Reports are required to be submitted to be eligible for the Publicity Award. The Editorial Assistant will use information that you give to publicize your chapter’s accomplishments in The WHEEL, so be prompt with reports and very specific in reporting.
